Our goal for you is to help you become the affective rider you have always wanted to be .Whether you are a new rider who wants confident control in a ride around the back yard or a rider who has already made several successful  trips to the National or World Championship Shows, Leesa’s program has proven itself to be successful.

Leesa’s teaching style is positive in nature with a goal oriented focus. It is relaxed and calm yet amazingly affective. Her forte is to take very complicated concepts and simplify them for easy understanding and execution.

Leesa Massman is success coach/strategist and instructor. Her focus is on making YOUR skills excel. Trainers often are able to get the horse to perform well but encounter difficulty in being able to get the owner/rider to get the same level of performance from their horse.  Our program has produced many riders who went on to have highly successful riding careers as some of the nations top trainers. Many of our youth and amateur riders develop their skills to such a high level that they end up winning many open classes against professional trainers even at the regional or national level. Leesa has developed a simple program that produces massive results in record time. This program has taken 30 years to refine and simplify but is now ready for you join in and reap the rewards!
